2FA Locked out!
I contacted support and haven't heard back but I recently got a new phone and thus my authenticator app for 2FA reset and now I can't login online to get the code to reauthorize. Is it possible for you to reset my 2FA?

Hi @kgor,
We should be able to help, yes. Please note that having us reset 2FA should be a last resort as, as you've found, it can take a few days to get processed. I'd highly recommend looking into an authenticator app that can be backed up or synced so that replacing a device doesn't cause you to be locked out of your account.
