I now have a black square box around my keyhole at sign in....is that cause for concern?

I noticed today that I now have a black square box around my keyhole at sign in on one of my mac computers....is that cause for concern? I'm wondering if someone has tried to hack in to my 1password account. I haven't logged into my account on this computer to the best of my knowledge since discovering this as I don't use this machine very often. Thanks for your expertise and advice in advance.

@mtotten,

No cause for concern at all, it just means that you don't have a ColorSync Profile set on your displays.

If you open System Preferences -> Displays -> Color and pick or create a display profile, it should resolve the black square.
