not Syncing with Dropbox on IOS

mac sierra - my master where I edit
ios 12.1 on iphone and iPad

3 vaults
when i update Mac primary vault - seems to sync ok on ios

BUT other vaults do not update on ios

on ios I did add the vaults a while ago - Sync additional vault

if I click Syncing > sync now to these vaults - NO CHANGe

dropbox does seem to be working ok

Also a while ago - I updated Mac - then IOS no update - then when I went back to mac - it seemed to "Sync Backwards" and I lost all the updates! YIKES!

How Do I get these syncing properly?

@dealtek: I think you're probably syncing with different vaults on your devices. If you view the settings, what is the path to the vault in Dropbox on each device?

Hi brenty,

All devices set to the same dropbox path like Dropbox/MyFolder/MyVault1.opvault also (MyVault2 - 3 etc)

The main vault seemed to update ok - just the other vaults not so well. Another thing I was doing was on mac - moving (not copying ) from varied extra vaults to the Primary.

@dealtek: Main vault? If you've only got one setup to sync, that will not help the other vaults. You will need to configure each of them individually across all devices.

sorry maybe I was not clear

each vault is setup an all devices
each vault has its own path to dropbox like
Dropbox/MyFolder/MyVault1.opvault
Dropbox/MyFolder/MyVault2.opvault
Dropbox/MyFolder/MyVault3.opvault
etc.

And all vaults are set to sync on dropbox

Hi @dealtek

Are all of the latest changes available on the Mac? If so I'd recommend uninstalling and reinstalling 1Password for iOS on each iOS device and setting those up fresh. On the welcome screen it is likely that you'll need to scroll down in order to see the Dropbox sync option.
