Migrating from app to subscription with multiple vaults
Hi team, I have recently signed up for 1Password subscription having used iOS/MacOS version of 1Password for a number of years. I have two vaults on Dropbox, so am now attempting to migrate data to subscription using iOS device. After creating sub account and adding details to 1Pass app on phone, I am attempting to follow instructions on https://support.1password.com/move-copy-items/?ios#move-or-copy-items-in-the-apps. I can select all items across both vaults, but am unable to Move or Copy as these choices are grayed out at top of screen.
Any suggestions to resolve this issue?

I can see all three vaults in the app - new one associated with subscription, and two existing ones.

Hey @sgoozee, I'm sorry for the trouble moving your items between vaults! You'll need to move one vault at a time. To do so:
- Switch to the vault that you want to move items from.
- Select the items that you want to move.
- The Move or Copy buttons shouldn't be greyed out anymore, since you're in a specific vault.
