How do I duplicate an entire vault?

If there isn't a way to do this in a few clicks, consider this a feature request! :)

Ideally I can duplicate a current vault to create a new vault, and/or to another vault that already exists.

@JoshKalsbeek: 1) Create new vault. 2) Select All. 3) Copy items.

But I have to ask: Why would you want to do that? Then you'll have two sets of the same data which will diverge over time as you make changes to either vault.
