How do I access my account. I can't remember the password
I am trying to access the billing page and I cannot remember my account password and 1Password did not record the password. How do I reset the password?

When using 1Password standalone (i.e. without a subscription membership) it is not possible to reset the Master Password. The only cases where that is possible is with a 1Password Families, 1Password Teams, or 1Password Business membership where another administrator on the account can help recover your account:

Unless you can be assisted by another administrator on your membership if you cannot recall your Master Password the only recourse will be to start over. We have some tips that may be helpful here:
