Emergency Kit and downgrade from family to individual

Hello, it's possible to generate a new Emergency Kit if I downgrade from Family to Individual?
1Password tell me that I lose the Emergency Kit if I change the plan.
It will be very useful to give a user the possibility to re-generate the Emergency Kit.
