Got free code, now I have 2 accounts with same email! The first account has 20% discount, how merge?
I have a paid 1Password account. This week I got a code for a free year of family account. I used the same email as my personal account, hoping that my personal account would get a year worth of family features. Instead, a new account was created, and I now have 2 accounts with the same email.
The personal account has 20% discount forever (MacPowerUsers discount I think). The problem I see now is that, after the free year, I will have to pay the full price.
What options do I have? Can I merge the accounts somehow? Can I transfer the one year free to the old personal account? Can I transfer the 20% discount to the new family account?
