Feature: Implement SQRL in 1Password

@brenty I saw that there was a question about this from 2015. I have been following the development of SQRL and it appears to be in its final stretch. In that old post, you were going to bring this up to the team, can you share if you guys will have plans to implement it within 1Password. I hope you guys have decided to go for it.

    @josegfv: We don't discuss future plans, as they're subject to change, or internal discussions because those are, well, private. ;) Anyway, it's sort of a chicken-and-egg thing, but we'll continue to evaluate developments in this area. Thanks for bringing it up! :)
