Unable to get to billing page

Every time I try to navigate to the /billing or selecting billing from the online help I'm prompted for my master password and then taken to my 1password page where I can see my vaults but no billing information or billing link. If I try to navigate to billing again I'm asked for master password and no billing. I've sent an email request to 1password help several days ago with no response and now my account is frozen.
