Phone upgrade

I have upgraded phone from iPhone 8 to iPhone XS. 1 password is asking for information on secret jet and address that I don’t have as I paid a one off fee. 1 Password has always worked on previous phone changes. Is there anything I can do.

    It sounds like you're selecting the 1Password.com account option from the welcome screen but do not have a 1Password.com account. You didn't mention how you are syncing your 1Password data, but please scroll down on the welcome screen and select the appropriate option.
