Can't get the mac app (7.2.2) to accept master password that works on your website and my android phone and that appears in the 1password entry in logins on your website. I deleted app and reinstalled but same problem. I believe my "vault" is stored on your website though I previously used Dropbox. I have moved Dropbox files to attempt to disassociate. This is majorly annoying. Wish you people had real-time help via phone or chat. I upgraded to family account a few weeks ago but have been using 1password for years in various forms.

ps - Vault does, indeed, appear to be my.1password.com/vaults/...

Ok dudes. It's been more than 24 hours...

  • Hi @philliphutto

Sorry for the delay. We have limited staffing on weekends, especially holiday weekends. We're responding to everyone as quickly as we can but currently it is taking a few days to do so.

Please try using the Help > Troubleshooting > Reset all 1Password data option from the 1Password for Mac menu bar (at the top of the screen) on the Mac you're having this trouble with. Then log in to your 1Password.com membership.

    Thanks.

    Ben

Thanks Ben. Did as you suggested. I can now login with the "correct" Master password. How do I populate Mac app with data saved in the web-based account now?

Never mind. Appeared after I logged out and back in.
