    Auto-submit was removed due to security changes by Apple. You can auto-FILL as before, of course, but then you have to press Return to submit. It doesn't take long to get used to the change.

    danco is correct. It also looks like you may be running a very old version of 1Password for Mac. If you really have version 6.3, please grab the most recent one here:
