How do I save my mobile app password to 1Password?

I downloaded the app. I have been saving passwords using my desktop. How do I save mobile app password to 1Password app?
It's not clear to me how to do that.

This guide will help you enable 1Password support in iOS 12's Password AutoFill feature. Please note that when doing so we recommend turning off iCloud Keychain in Password AutoFill to avoid confusion. Password AutoFill will allow you to save and fill logins from most iOS apps and websites.
