My ipad and iPhone 1Password apps are not saving passwords
My desktop 1Password app works just fine but my iPhone and my iPad 1Password apps will not save passwords. Both IOS are up to date as is 1Password. Please help!!

There are a couple of ways to save credentials into 1Password. We generally recommend the first, but you can use whichever is more convenient:

Hi Ben, thank you for your reply. I already have enabled that - I use both methods. However, when I am at a new site creating a log in and password, I go back to the app after saving and it’s not there.

Do you have iCloud Keychain (or anything other than 1Password) enabled in the Settings app under Passwords & Accounts > AutoFill Passwords?

yes I do. It seems to work on my desktop but not on my IOS devices

Please turn off anything other than 1Password in those preferences and then try again.

OK, I had iCloud keychain enabled in autofill passwords. Now it just has 1password. Is that what you mean?
