Migrated from Individual 1P v.6.x (single user) to 1P v7 (family user) - Help
Good Morning 1Password Team,
I have used 1Password for years now, and love it, and recently migrated from 1P v6 (single user) to 1P v7 (family account) after a lengthy family dinner discussion, but I need some support. I emailed [#IKN-42994-861] support last weekend looking for help.
I would like my "Annual Family Subscription" paid for/managed by my Apple Appstore/Account (based in Canada) - I often receive Apple Giftcards often and find it easier to pay for apps/subscriptions using those.
I have looked up on the support site both here:
https://discussions.agilebits.com/discussion/75902/family-accounts-via-app-store-subscription
https://support.1password.com/upgrade-mac/?src=bitbot
And tried to take care of this myself, but I think there is some back-end support that is required. Using the "Manage Subscriptions" through iTunes gives me the option of managing a "single user year vs. monthly licence" but not a "family subscription" just yet.
Any help would be great, thanks for the awesome and extremely helpful software once again.

@brenty based on what you said here: https://discussions.agilebits.com/discussion/98865/i-want-to-convert-an-itunes-subscription-to-family-type#latest Should I cancel my Apple Subscription to individual? I swear there was no "family" option to sign up for a year under the Canadian app store. Maybe it's just easier to manage via https://my.1password.ca/ instead and take my lumps. Thank you

I'll get back to you shortly. Let's continue the conversation there instead of multiple places. :)
