@muckdiver - I'm sorry for the trouble! If you recently upgraded to 1Password 7 for Mac and are using Dropbox as your sync method, then you'll have had a conversion of your sync keychain if you were previously using the older Agile Keychain format of sync keychain. Agile Keychain was introduced over 10 years ago, and it's been formally retired in 1Password 7 for Mac, so when you installed the new version, you would have been prompted to convert any older Agile Keychains to the newer OPVault format. The old keychain would have been renamed with a .legacyagilekeychain file type, and sync would be set up with the newer .opvault format instead. You can verify this by looking at your Dropbox folder. Do you see both those types there? If so, then the reason your iPad isn't syncing is because it wasn't aware of this change. On your iPad, click Settings > Sync > (Primary) and click "Start Syncing." Choose Dropbox, but navigate to the OPVault file. Let me know how that works for you.
