I want to cancel my account but get my data and transfer it to my computer. I have a Mac os Mojave 10.14.1

    I'm not sure what version I have because you are blocking my account with account with a "?"

    Welcome to the forum, @gitlin! When you say "transfer it to my computer," do you mean that you want to continue using 1Password, but in standalone mode? Or you just want to export your data entirely and not use 1Password at all any longer?

    Also, can you explain what you mean by "you are blocking my account with a ?" What does that mean -- is the icon in your Mac's dock replaced by a question-mark?
