    @1PasswordUser100: If you tap the + in the upper right and select Document, that will allow you to choose an image from Photos to upload to your account.

    @ben: thank you for your efforts to assist me. Brenty indicated that the “+” in the right hand corner (which you point out in the left hand corner) would lead me to an option to select a “Document” to upload. The attached screen shot shows no option to upload a “Document”. On the (Mac OS) computer, it is quite simple to upload a document that is attached to a record. I am trying to achieve the same outcome on my iPad (iOS).

  • Do you have a 1Password membership? Documents on iOS are only available in membership vaults.
