Don't have my authenticator app anymore, being repeatedly asked for six digit code.

I have recently replaced my phone and had not specifically backed up the authenticator app. I have lost the 1Password code generator. I have my master password and everything else but cannot do anything without the code generator. I have emailed your support and replied to a member on Reddit but have received no help. Please can someone help me out.
