It appears that form requires 3 fields, which Password AutoFill is not capable of at present. Hopefully that is something that'll improve in a future iteration of iOS. In the mean time it doesn't appear we'll be able to fill the PIN field for you on that page. Sorry about that.

Meanwhile I have to deal with 1PW as it is capable of iOS-Version.
