I carefully recorded and typed in my master password and it is not working.

    Hi there @edrimm1,

    The only thing that I could imagine happening is that something got typoed or entered incorrectly. Either way, there is nothing much to do about it. If you're a new member, it might not be an issue, though.

    Either way, we can't really continue this here as anything more would contain private information and this is a public forum. I would like you to send an email to support@1password.com with your forum username, the url for this thread and a brief description of the problem. You will get a response containing your Support ID. Come back and post the Support ID here so we can locate your email and we will be right with you to get this all fixed up.
