Bought 1 pwd in app store and want to upgrade to family account to share passwords with my wife. What do I do?

Is your subscription through Apple or through us directly? If it is through Apple you'd need to cancel that, and then email us at
sales@1password.com
for the next step. Once you've emailed in you'll almost imediately get a support ID from BitBot. Please post that ID here. If you are already subscribed through us directly you can use the "Invite People" link in the right-hand sidebar at https://my.1password.com/I hope that helps!
