attempting to upgrade from a former version and can't figure out how to access my data
I'm trying to upgrade and am totally lost. Please help.

I'm not an official help person but these questions would be helpful:
1. do you remember your master password? what do you see when you log in?
2. can you find your Sync folder on Dropbox from your new installation of 1Password?
3. do you know what version your old, running 1Password was? (recent, old)0 -
@billmckell: Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the confusion! Can you tell me the version you're upgrading from? That will give me an idea of what you need to look for. But if you still have your existing vault in Dropbox, you should just need to setup 1Password 7, and the go to File > Import > 1Password Keychain to select your existing vault and import its data.
