Trying to help my MIL sign in.

Greetings! My mother in law has purchased a membership to 1Password. She is unable to sign in and has enlisted me to help. I have her email, support key and master password but it's telling me it's incorrect. She has asked for help via email, to no avail. Can someone help me help her? Thanks!

    @aladrya: Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the trouble! We can't discuss an account with anyone but the registered owner, but if you'll give me the Support ID for the email I'll be happy to look into it.
