attempt to write a read only database

Hello,

I've recently purchased a new MacBook Pro and restortd ir from Time Machine. Since doing so, whenever I attempt to create a new 1P item I get the error 'attempt to write a readonly database'. I've looked at the other responses on the forum and I expect it's an issue with permissions. However, the location for the sqlite db mentioned previously (in ~/Library/Containers) doesn't seem to be a valid location for me.

Other info:
Mac OS 10.14.2
1P 7.2.4
Primary vault synced w/iCloud

Any help would be appreciated.

Mark

@mbrichman: The problem is likely that some or all of 1Password's support files are not owned by your user account -- I'm guessing you've taken the opportunity to set things up differently, but then your 1Password files still belong to the old one. If you have all your data in iCloud and/or on other devices, you can reset the app:

    https://support.1password.com/starting-over/

Then set it up again by syncing your data over. Let me know how it goes.
