Failed to upload file to Dropbox

Hello,

I have 1Password (standalone version) 7.2.5 on iOS with vault on Dropbox which is shared with my Desktop version 4.6.2 and with my iPad, Mac,
I just noticed that there is sync error on iOS saying that
Failed to upload file to Dropbox
Path: /apps/1password/xxxxxxxxx.openvault/default/band_A.js

How do I resolve this? What is the reason for this error?

Thanks for taking the time to write in. It sounds as though something is wrong with the sync file in Dropbox. To resolve this please see this guide:

Same issue here - Works fine with other vaults that I'm syncing through same dropbox account, but not my primary. I've gone through the steps as listed in the above including resetting dropbox connection. I get the 'failed to upload file to dropbox' error message.

Is your keychain an Agile Keychain or OPVault? If you are still using Agile Keychain this may help:

@Ben Thanks for the follow-up. Yes, I did notice that when I recreated my vault it switched to OPVault.

I ended up doing one more reset on the 1password iOS app (even though I had completely deleted the app previously from my phone) and that seemed to fix it.
