I am trying to change my e-mail associated with my account, but i won't let me.

I am trying to change my e-mail, but it won't let me and it appears it is because my user name doesn't meet current criteria. If you have the ability, I can upload a screenshot of the error message it is giving me.

Do you mean for your forum account here? If so, yeah, the forum software no longer allows for spaces in usernames. We can take the space out if you'd like, which should allow you to change your email address. Please let me know.

Sure thing @Big_Dave. I've removed the space and replaced it with an underscore ( _ ). So, your username for the forum is now Big_Dave. Apparently someone else has already claimed bigdave. I think that may help with the trouble you were having but if you are still unable to change your email address please reach out to us at support+forum@1password.com with the details. When you do you'll get a support ID back. Please post that ID here.
