I have my secret key but still can't log in
I apparently signed up for a membership back in April 2017 and never used it. I have a stand alone account that I have been using for years. I decided to upgrade to the membership and transfer all my data. I finally found my secret key that I had saved but when I try logging in it says that either my password, secret key or email is wrong. Can you PLEASE just delete that membership and let me set up a new one using the same email address?? Thank you!
