I have installed 1 password and I cannot use the command to retrieve my logins. this is what I see: I see the logo and aside of the logo are the words Inc...ari in red. what does that mean

Welcome to the forum, @reggie1230! I'm sorry for the trouble. I'm not sure what you mean by "the command." What steps exactly are you taking, and what's not working the way you expect? It may help you to take a screenshot of what you see, if it’s easier that way.
