1Password extension won't install in Firefox 26.0

The 1Password extension will no longer install in Firefox 26.0. It was working, but now it does not. When I tried to reinstall the extension (under Preferences, Browsers), it does not allow an installation to Firefox, stating that it requires a stable channel only, and that beta and Aurora channels are not supported. But 26.0 is a release channel product as of December 10, 2013. The extension for IE 11.0 did install successfully.

    I've got it working again. I had a backup copy of the Firefox extensions, including the 1Password extension. I copied the backup extension into the current Firefox profile folder, restarted Firefox, and it's working again.

    That's great, "Dudley," but the extension included with the current release of 1Password does work with Firefox 26.

    Did you try removing the 1Password extension from Firefox before re-installing it from the Browsers tab in 1Password preferences?
