in 1Password 4 for Windows

I set up 1P with a number of Logins on Windows XP. After that I have installed Dropbox. What do I need to do now to link them?

    1. Start 1Password
    2. Unlock
    3. File > Preferences (Ctrl+P)
    4. click on the button labelled "Move to Dropbox"
