New Install on Firefox

1Password is working fine on my office PC and at home. I just installed a new hard drive at home and cannot get it working. Dropbox is up and running, and I see the 1Password folder there, but there is no icon in Firefox. Also, no response with ctrl-\. This is a great program once installed, but not friendly at all getting things going.

Sorry you're having that problem, @Ragnar!
On the PC at home, with the new hard drive, have you launched 1Password, clicked on the Preferences tool, selected the Browsers tab, and clicked on the Install button for Firefox?
If not, that would explain why there's no 1Password button and Ctrl+\ has no effect.
