Agile1pAgent.exe causes problem on playing games e.g. NFS World

hi,
it seems that the little helper app in the tray (browser plugin for ff) is causing some problems when playing in need for speed world. when this little icon is enabled there´s always a short switching back to the desktop with interrupting the usb connection to the usb controller. if i kill this process in the task manager everything is working well.
