I just clicked on a popup window that said there was an update. Once the update was through I am no longer able to open 1Password 4 nor am I able to access my passwords in Safari - I get a message that 1Password is not installed. This will be a MAJOR problem for me if I can't get back to all my passwords!! I have Quit the app and restarted my computer. No luck.

Try re-downloading the update and re-installing.

I can't open the program to access the update menu.

If you bought from the AgileBits store re-download from the link on this page. If you bought from the Mac App Store you may need to delete 1P4 (just drag the app to the trash: don't use any app cleaner app) in order to be able to re-download from the Mac App Store.

Deleting the app and reinstalling seems to have done the trick. Thanks!
