Plans to better integrate sync functionality?

Apologies as I am sure this has been brought up - and answered - before, but I cannot locate a current thread.

I use 1Password on every platform they support - not just Windows. One of the things I dig about it on the mobile platforms: native sync integration (with dropbox).
-iCloud is Apple-centric and not useful for people who use non-Apple hardware.
-Having to install dropbox on fat platforms (Mac/Windows) is a pain, if all you care about is syncing 1Password.

Are their plans to fully-integrate this service - so I don;t have to install a Dropbox client - or create a proprietary sync service as LastPass did?
