1Password 4 will no longer paste login info into a specific website

Options

Hi,

This is a problem with logging in to SAS.no website:

I just upgraded my 1Password version to version 4.

In the previous version (version 1?) 1Password would enter my username and password into the login information on the website SAS.no (Scandinavian Airlines System).

I would go to the site, click Logg inn and then my 1Password Login keyboard shortcut. 1Password would then enter my information and after pressing Logg in again (I do not use auto submit) I would be logged into SAS.no

With 1Password 4 though, when I press my Login keyboard shortcut keys, I'm asked to enter my master password, however no login information is entered into the username and password fields. Clicking the 1Password browser extension does not show the SAS.no website at the top either. The only solution as I can see it is to search for SAS in the browser extension, and then copy the information into the SAS.no website.

I've also tried to delete the SAS.no login information in 1Password, enter my username and password again and logging in, however 1Password does not ask me if I'd like to save the login information.

Since this worked very well in the previous version I was hoping you could fix this. Maybe you know what the problem might be?

I have a discovered a few bugs and reported them to our JavaScript team.

In the meantime, here are a few workaround steps for you:

    1. Open Chrome (running 1Password 4.2.2.2)
    2. Navigate to sas.no
    3. Click on: Logg inn
    4. Enter your username and password, but DO NOT submit the form
    5. Click on the 1Password key button
    6. Click on: Settings > Save new Login

Now you need to Edit this newly saved Login item:

    1. Open 1Password
    2. Double-click on the sas.no Login item
    3. Double-click on the 1st text field (the one with your username)
    4. Change designation from "none" to "username"
    5. Press OK (twice)

From here, please close Chrome and try the newly saved Login item:

    1. Open Chrome (running 1Password 4.2.2.2)
    2. Navigate to sas.no
    3. Click on: Logg inn
    4. Click on the 1Password key button
    5. Click on the sas.no Login item
