1Password Anywhere in DropBox no longer in sync w/local 1Password

We're using 1Password (1.0.9.341) on a Windows XP machine and sync'ing to the local DropBox folder. For some reason the 1Password Anywhere HTML file we share through DropBox.com no longer reflects the logins contained on the Windows machine. DropBox local folder and DropBox.com appear to be sync'ing normally. We've checked paths to the data files and all appears fine. It was working 2 weeks ago.
