Firefox extension displays "connecting" [update to v4 extension]

    I am a new user and am having the same issue. I am running Firefox 30.0, the latest, and 1Password
    Version 4.4.1 (441006) that i downloaded and installed from the Mac App Store. I have uninstalled the extension, downloaded the latest extensions and still nothing. I have uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled and still nothing. The 1Password Key Icon shows in the browser but if I click it it ask for the master password which I enter and get the timer stating that it is connecting.

    Safari works but I prefer Firefox.

    Hi @VinceR,

    It sounds like you still have the old version 3 browser extension installed in Firefox. You will need the version 4 browser extension if you're using 1Password 4.

    First, please uninstall any existing 1Password extensions from your browser.

    Then, download and install the new extension from here: https://agilebits.com/browsers/index.html
