Can't install Firefox extension for 1Password4

in 1Password 4 for Windows

I just recently upgraded from 1Password 3 to 1Password4. I have removed the extension for 1password 3. When I try to install the new extension, I get an error saying "the extension could not be installed due to a connection error at agilebits.com". I am using Firefox v. 31.0. (I had no problem installing the extension for Chrome, but prefer to use Firefox.)

    Not sure what the problem was, but I was able to download the extension using Chrome and then installing it manually in Firefox. Seems to be working ok now

    Hi @sgold42,

    Thanks for updating us, I'm glad you got it fixed. We've seen it a few times in Firefox but we've never figured out why, it works for everybody else except for a few customers.

    Can you tell me if you are able to install other Firefox extensions just fine and if you use a proxy?
