1Password Not Visible as Safari Extension

iPhone6 on 8.0.2
1Password 5.1
Lots of other apps show up on the extensions list, just not 1Password.
Followed the instructions at https://guides.agilebits.com/1password-ios-kb/4/en/topic/extension-not-visible
Removed Safari and 1Password from memory to restart from scratch. Restarted both.
Turned phone off and on.

Still no joy. Any suggestions?

    I'm sorry to hear that ... that is a bit strange. You mention following the instructions in our knowledge base article here, but did you also follow the slightly longer instructions in our Extension article in the User Guide?
