    Hi @yyota‌,

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with 1Password 5.0.2 beta.

I seems that the 1Password somehow got corrupted. To fix this you need to trash it (please do not use app cleaning utilities) and download it once again from our downloads page.

If you wish to download 1Password 5.0.2 beta, please make sure that you Enable betas.

Please let me know how this goes

    Cheers!

    Rad

    Thanks it solved it.

What's weird is that I never subscribed to receive beta versions! I didn't even notice it was a beta. Just got a popup asking to update and clicked yes.

  • Hi @yyota,

On behalf of Rad, you're welcome.

If you wish to disable betas, please go to 1Password 5 > Preferences... > Updates and uncheck Include beta builds.

Please let us know if you have any other questions! :)

I verified... beta is unchecked, has always been :-)

Seems like the update checker screwed up and offered a beta version where it shouldn't have.

    Hi @yyota‌,

Please make sure that you have the latest non-beta version of 1Password installed (version 5.0.1) and make sure that Include beta builds is disabled, then reboot and check for updates again. Are you still prompted to update to the beta?

Looking forward to your reply
