New Forefox Browser Extension Will Not Load

I just upgraded to v. 4.1.0.526. I removed my old chrome extension and sucessfully installed the new one but I cannot do the same with Firefox. I uninstalled the old Firefox extension but when install the new one I get a message that says "1Password could not be installed because Firefox cannot modify the needed file". I tried closing and reopening the browser and clearing the cookies but that didn't help. I also unchecked the Help-Advanced-Verify web browser code signature. Any suggestions?

Well, I found the problem. After closing the browser I found that the process was still running. When I closed that and reopened the browswr the install worked.
