How to delete old version safely

Options

I recently upgraded to version 4 and I just noticed (while using the free version of Revo Uninstaller to delete another program) that I had two versions of 1Password (I had thought that upgrading would automatically remove the old version). They are:

1.0.9.342 and 4.1.0.526

How can I uninstall the former without affecting the latter? On Windows 7 64-bit Home Premium.

Comments

  • To uninstall the old version -

Click on Start, Control Panel, Programs and Features - find 1Password version 1 in the list of programs, click on it and then click on 'Uninstall'.
This will not affect the 1Password data or the new version of 1Password.
