1Password 5 for Mac does not show in the App Store

I purchased 1Password for Mac through the App Store, but it does't show in the purchased app list, so I can't install it on other Macs. On the Mac I purchased it, the App Store offers me to "Open" 1Password. On the other Mac, I only have the option to purchase it again, even though the Apple ID is the same.

Any idea what is going wrong here?

    Hi Oliver,

    Here are a few possible causes:

    • 1Password 5 for Mac requires OS X Yosemite. The update won't be available to you if you're using OS X Mavericks or earlier.

    • Please ensure that you are signed into the App Store using the same Apple ID that you purchased 1Password with.
