Getting Null error from 1Password mini

    I am having the same problem; i.e., when I click on the 1Password Mini, a window pops open, and it saids "(null) Vault". The troubleshooting method described above and elsewhere for earlier versions of the program does not work. How do I find the vault, and how do I get the program to use it?

    To add to my earlier message, when I go to Preferences => Sync, I get this message:

    "Please unlock 1Password to change sync preferences"

    and also ghosted images of "Dropbox" and "Folder" which can not be selected.

    How do I unlock? The license is installed and appears when I click on License.

    Hi @Lori,

    Can you tell me if you saw more than one copy of 1Password mini? If not, can you open your Trash folder and tell me if you see any 1Password files in there?
