I updated the last 1password version and the touchid doedn't work anymore. Need help thanks

    Could you please post what device and iOS version you are using, along with the version of 1Password?

    Also: if you could please let me know what settings you have selected in 1Password > Settings > Security, that would be helpful.

    Yess thanks a lot
    Device iphone 6+
    Ios is 8.1.2
    1password is the latest 5.1.2
    No menu 1password settings security, only position and background (sorry french version perhaps not the good words)
    Hope this will help, i really need to access quickly

    I understand, you speak of the app sertings menu.
    Unfortunatly i cannot access it because i cannot acces the app... Because as i always use my finger i don't remember the password

    @cash‌

    The Master Password is always required after any app update, device restart, or Touch ID failure. It is not possible to unlock the app without the Master Password. Please see this guide:

    Arf i really hope I'll remember it.
    This it should be said before update as a warning.
