Chrome Extension Drop Down Fuzzy on Surface Pro 3

Hi,

Is there any way to have this be sharper? For some reason it is the only Chrome extension that is blurry or not sharp for me.

Do the tips in the High DPI settings article (in the 1Password 4 for Windows knowledgebase) help at all?
