Requesting Refund

Hi there,

I would like to request a refund for my purchase. I purchased the Windows + Mac bundle and tried syncing it but it did not work. I'm requesting a refund within 30 days of purchase. Can you please advise?

    I guess "an e-mail message to support+refunds@agilebits.com" would've been more clear. Sorry for the confusion.
