Lost Access to Old Email Account with License

I deleted my gmail that had access to my license from way back and need to reinstall 1Password after a hard drive failure. How can I go about this? Your website says I can click contact us and request my email be changed but the link is dead.

    Send email to support+licenses@agilebits.com. Include the email address you used for your original purchase, your full name and address as you gave them then, and a link to this thread.

    You will get an automated reply with a support number. If you post that back here in this thread, it will probably speed up your service.
